About the RoleWe’re hiring a Growth Marketer & Operator to build and own the growth engine across Parker Baby, Parker Kids and Tall Slim .
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes DTC growth and marketing . You don’t just “run campaigns.” You study what’s working across the market, you obsess over the craft, and you turn learning into experiments. You’re the person with a running swipe file, a backlog of tests, and a weekly rhythm of: hypothesis → test → learn → scale .
You’ll work closely with leadership, partner with our internal creative and website teams, and manage agency partners where needed. You won’t be expected to build a team, but you will be expected to operate like a high-output team by leveraging AI daily to move faster, produce more, and continuously improve quality.

What Success Looks Like Company-Wide (Across All Brands)- Grow Contribution Margin Dollars by improving how efficiently we acquire and convert customers (not vanity metrics).
- Operate Paid Media Like a Pro —disciplined budget stewardship, rigorous testing, and clear reporting across Meta, Google, and other channels where appropriate.
- Build a New Referral Engine that becomes a meaningful, trackable source of sales through on-brand creators, affiliates, partnerships, and/or referrals.
- Parker Baby Co .:
Grow overall sales and profitability while supporting Amazon-first launches using off-Amazon demand (email + paid). - Parker Kids :
Validate what’s scalable (and quickly stop what isn’t) while protecting focus on the core business. - Tall Slim :
Improve efficiency across the funnel and profitably growing DTC to further capture market share.
This role is for a full-stack growth operator who is genuinely obsessed with the craft. You likely:
- Follow the best operators and frameworks in DTC and performance marketing.
- Scour the internet, newsletters, podcasts, and communities to stay sharp—and then apply what you learn through structured testing.
- Keep a backlog of experiments and can clearly explain what you’re running, why it matters, and what you learned.
- Care about contribution margin and unit economics, not just ROAS screenshots.
- Own Paid Growth Across Channels – Lead all channels, including Meta and Google, with disciplined testing, creative feedback loops, and clear accountability.
- Run a Real Testing Machine – Build an experimentation system that produces learnings weekly and winners consistently (ads, offers, landing pages, funnels).
- Lead CRO Strategy – Identify the highest-leverage conversion constraints, design a testing roadmap, and partner with our website team for implementation.
- Bring Email In-House – Own lifecycle and campaign execution (transitioning from an agency partner), using AI to increase speed and output while protecting quality and deliverability.
- Build a Referral Engine – Create and scale a trackable, on-brand referral source through influencer/affiliate/creator partnerships and/or referral programs.
- Support Launches with Off-Amazon Demand – Coordinate external traffic from paid + email to support launches and improve awareness and velocity.
