Controls operation of single or multiple production machines for manufacturing products.

• Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following blue prints or diagrams.
• Operates hand or power tools, or production equipment.
• Maintains constant awareness of OE customer product requirements to ensure high quality products are consistently produced and shipped.
• Rotates within department as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Physical Demands:
  Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; frequently lift and/or move up to 25‑30 pounds; specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Work Environment:
  Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, radiation from welding processes, humid conditions and heat; noise level usually loud.
• EHS Requirements:
  Safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection and safety shoes must be worn; with welding operations, full welding gear should be worn if exposed to welding flash, heat and sparks.
• Environmental Aspects:
  Use of electrical energy, paper/paper products, generation of waste paper, scrap steel, steel offal, greases, oils, lubricants and proper disposal of such products.
