Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, wound care, and mobility assistance
Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients of varying weights and sizes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
