The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and managing the month‑end and year‑end close processes. This role supervises accounting staff, supports audits and tax compliance, and partners with the VP of Finance to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5–8+ years accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Month‑end close ownership
• Financial statement preparation
