Job Description
- Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of all company personnel assigned to project(s).
- Plan work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
- Maintain official project log(s) and documentation files through use of company software.
- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of onsite Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget, investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and day‑time direction of onsite administrative staff if applicable).
- Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required.
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the owner.
- Represent company in project meetings.
- Perform additional assignments per Supervisor’s direction.
- Organized and systematic toward the work.
- Thorough and deep knowledge about construction activities and all the functions.
- Excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal and written.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the crew.
- Possess qualities of a good leader.
- Understanding of construction designs and plans.

Salary Type: Annual Salary
Salary Min: $120000
Salary Max: $150000
