Project Manager – Multifamily Residential Construction
Manage the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Lead high-value multifamily residential projects ranging from $50M to over $150M while working with project teams, owners, subcontractors, and field operations to deliver successful construction outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex developments, provide leadership across all phases of construction, and make a direct impact on project performance.
What You Will Do- Oversee total construction efforts to ensure multifamily residential projects are completed according to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage communication and coordination with owners, subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of project personnel and assigned teams.
- Develop project schedules, determine manpower requirements, coordinate material needs, and manage equipment requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records using company software.
- Monitor construction progress through onsite leadership and take corrective action when needed to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate onsite activities including scheduling, engineering support, material control, and administrative operations.
- Review project plans and provide technical guidance on construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure onsite teams follow safety requirements, project procedures, and company policies.
- Manage contract financials while protecting company interests and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent the company in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Support additional project initiatives as needed.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably multifamily residential developments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, plans, and project execution.
- Ability to manage projects ranging from $50M to $150M+.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret construction documents and make informed project decisions.
