July 1, 2026 - August 6, 2026 - All preparations to be done outside of the school day

Requirements:
Collection of all IEP's, review services and arrange coverage in all areas
Interview staff for teachers, para educators and support staff
Arrange classrooms according to grades and needs
Coordinate with ACES for all OT/PT services
Oversee materials from all schools moved to Chatfield School and returned at conclusion of program
Order all needed supplies
Work with school nurses to collect all health records for all students attending the program
