Our paraprofessionals play a vital role in supporting student success both inside and outside the classroom.

What You'll Do:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.
• Work closely with teachers to provide individualized and small-group assistance.
• Help students access classroom instruction and achieve their educational goals.
• Encourage student independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.
• Assist with the implementation of accommodations and supports outlined in student plans.
• Build positive relationships with students while helping maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families as part of a student-centered team.

What We're Looking For:

• Individuals who enjoy working with teenagers and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in education, youth development, coaching, mentoring, or related fields is a plus.
