What We're Looking For:
- Hold an Associate's Degree or Para Pro Assessment Certification
- Have experience working with early childhood, elementary, and/or social-emotional learning needs
- Are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support students across various classroom settings throughout the school day
- Demonstrate patience, collaboration, and a strong commitment to student success
- Physical Management Training is preferred
