As a key member of the educational team, you will partner with teachers, administrators, and families to assess student needs, develop effective intervention strategies, and promote positive learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
- Support the implementation of evidence-based practices across general and special education settings
- Assist with crisis intervention and promote a safe, supportive school climate
- Monitor student progress and use data to guide decision-making
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Connecticut Certification (070)
- Experience working in K–12 school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices
