• Maintain and re‑engineer current assembly equipment programs during shift hours.
• Program assembly equipment to include 6‑axis robots, PLCs, cameras, scanners, automation, AI.
• Reduce production equipment downtime through quick‑reaction program interventions.
• Evaluate assembly line processes and improve cycle times.
• Design, engineer, and procure assembly equipment for future programs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics and Automation, Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; experience in lieu of education considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of Siemens PLC programming.
• Experience troubleshooting, implementing, and launching projects.
• Knowledge of electrical prints, ladder logic, and schematics (required).
• Hands‑on floor experience with manufacturing equipment (required).
• Experience with Yaskawa Motoman robotic programming and Keyence camera systems (highly desired).
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and team focus.
• Ability to reduce production cycle times while maintaining machine capabilities.
• Writing and implementing work instructions, PFMEA, and process documentation.
