Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is on the lookout for an organized, detail-focused Accounts Payable Associate to become a key player on their finance team. You will drive the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, subcontractor payments, and vendor inquiries. If you have a solid background in AP, pride yourself on precision, and love collaborating across different departments (like operations and finance), we want to hear from you!

Salary: $27 - $30 per hour |

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM |

Education:

High School

• Process vendor invoices - Check, Wire, ACH.
• Work closely with subcontractors and vendors - resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintaim AP reporting.
• Support the accounting manager with dailyfinancial activities.
• Assist with monthly/annual reporting and financial statements.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
