Overview

• Process daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check clearing, and Regulation E compliance.
• Open, close, and manage personal deposit accounts and handle debit card, credit card, and mobile/online banking issues.
• Provide consultative financial advice and educational support on TD products and services.
• Identify opportunities to promote banking products, provide referrals to specialists, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Generate and manage self‑generated leads, campaign leads, and customer outreach through outbound calls and SMS.
• Schedule, prioritize, and perform work while maintaining accurate records of transactions and compliance requirements.
• Represent the bank’s customer‑service strategy in the lobby, orchestrate walk‑in traffic, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Complete all required job‑specific, compliance‑related training and adhere to internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, education, military, or other experience counts).
• Strong customer‑service skills and the ability to work during scheduled operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred; willingness to complete teller and platform training upon hire.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in decision making.

• Occasional domestic travel; no international travel.
• Perform sedentary work most of the day with periods of standing, walking, and light lifting (under 25 lbs.).
• Frequent repetitive tasks such as answering phone calls, operating office equipment, and responding to customer inquiries.

The position is paid between $22.00 and $27.75 per hour.
