• Assemble, repair, and sort pallets according to company standards
• Perform pallet quality control to ensure durability and compliance
• Package, bundle, and prepare firewood for distribution
• Produce lumber cut stock for pallet assembly
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed
• Load and unload materials from production lines or workstations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Willingness to work in varying temperatures (depending on the work environment)
