Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Production Manager

The Production Control Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules are executed accurately and efficiently . This leadership role directs and equips staff, verifies schedule accuracy, and actively assists the team to optimize workflow and meet all manufacturing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily tasks of the production team, ensuring that staff have adequate direction and the necessary tools to perform their jobs.
• Schedule Production: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of accurate daily and weekly production schedules to meet operational goals.
• Quality & Accuracy: Continuously verify that production schedules accurately reflect capacity, material availability, and customer demands, ensuring zero delays.
• Team Leadership: Provide hands-on assistance, continuous coaching, and cross-training to staff to build a capable and high-performing team.
• Performance Reporting: Track daily production output against the established schedule, preparing reports and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all workplace safety guidelines, company standards, and regulatory policies while maintaining a positive work environment.
