Silgan Plastics in Seymour, CT is seeking a production associate to support bagging and packaging operations on the manufacturing line. You will ensure product safety and quality while following Silgan policies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities include monitoring for defects, packing at standard rate, operating a punch, loading conveyors and flamers, and performing basic line maintenance as directed by supervision. Heavy lifting up to 30-40 lb may be required.
