Marmon Utility LLC in Seymour, CT seeks a Production Supervisor for the Mon-Thu, 7pm-7am shift. You will lead safety, quality, and production in a fast-paced environment, ensuring schedules and KPIs are met while training staff and coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and a 2–4 year degree in engineering/ manufacturing technology;
Lean Sigma and maintenance knowledge are a plus.
