Silgan Containers is seeking operators at our Seymour, CT facility to support safety, quality, and production goals. You will be responsible for packaging, line maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols while supporting multiple on-line tasks.
Ideal candidates will be able to lift 30–40 lb, operate basic equipment, and perform housekeeping and quality checks as part of a team dedicated to efficient production and compliance with company policies.
