Sales Representative

Overview

The Basement Transformer is growing and seeking an experienced in-home sales professional to manage self-generated and company-provided leads and close sales in basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and foundation repair.

• Run self-generated and company-provided leads and close sales in basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and foundation repair.
• Present and sell solutions, follow up with prospects, and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Utilize computer software to track leads, opportunities, and customer communications; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• In-home sales experience or background in residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries.
• Verifiable and stable sales experience.
• Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based income.
• Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Proficient with computer software; detail oriented; team player.
• Strong ethics and high integrity; committed to always putting the customer first.
