HVAC Service Tech

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and some commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on HVAC equipment.
• Make repairs for customers efficiently without compromising quality.
• Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in the customer's home and provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
• Use basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, or test various products.
• Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer.
• Work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Apply strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes.
• Exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

• 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• EPA certification (preferred).
• Journeyman license.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
