R&R Property Preservation LLC is growing rapidly! We’re looking for skilled independent contractors, handyman, HVAC Contractor to help maintain and improve residential properties throughout New Haven, CT.

We are hiring experienced professionals to handle residential turnovers and renovations, including:

• General repairs and handyman services
• HVAC repair
• Appliances Repair
• Drywall patching and interior painting
• Flooring installs (LVP, tile, carpet)
• Kitchen and bathroom updates
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Door, trim, and hardware replacement
• Garage door repair
• Trash-outs and clean-ups
• Minor landscaping and curb appeal work

• Own tools, reliable transportation, and (if applicable) a crew
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovations
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow scopes
• Familiarity with mobile apps/work order platforms
• HVAC License (preferred)
• Licensed contractors preferred (GC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
