CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 full-service disaster cleanup and restoration company with over 40 years of experience serving the Lake Bluff community and beyond. We are looking for an experienced trades professional to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.

Every day is different. You’ll help restore homes and properties, creating safer, more comfortable environments for our customers.

Hourly pay with performance-based incentives and premium pay for emergency and after-hours work.

Ongoing in-house training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance within the company.

• $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, including incentives

• Six paid holidays per year
• Paid time off (accrues immediately)
• Time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours/week (hourly employees)
• Paid incentives for emergency call-ins (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Double-time pay for holiday emergency call-ins (Production roles)
• Continuous in-house training

• Restore homes and businesses following weather-related damage, fire, or other cause
• Create excellent customer experiences while also achieving profitability
• Follow all safety, vehicle, and equipment standards
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
• Communicate openly with teammates and leadership
• Remain coachable and committed to continuous learning

• Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction or other related trades
• Experience serving commercial and residential properties
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma/GED

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
