Apprentice

You’ll be instrumental in impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and other home repair issues in their homes, all while providing customers with a remarkable experience. As an Apprentice, you'll be part of a three-person crew, preparing you to step into a leadership role.
During this period, you’ll receive the training, knowledge, and tools needed to excel and advance, with the potential to lead your own crew. Your work will leave homeowners with restored peace of mind, knowing their home’s value has been preserved and protected. This is more than just another construction job though. - After completing training to become a Foreman or Co-Foreman, you’ll be eligible for our uncapped bonus system, which rewards efficiency—the more efficient your team, the higher your earnings.
- High-Earning Potential:

- Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assigned job.
- Travel to customers’ homes using the company vehicle to perform installations.
- Consistently uphold safe and organized work environments.
- Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
- Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record and timely, reliable attendance.
- Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Hard working and committed to workmanship that produces quality results.
