Laborer

Laborers are required to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to running a skid steer, assisting with mechanical repairs and maintenance, as well as overall clean-up.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Strong work ethic
• 1-2 years' experience in a relevant role. Quarry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, levels, drills, grinders, saws, etc. in a safe and effective manner.
• Ability to run heavy equipment safely, including skid steers, loaders, etc.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to take direction from team leader, foremen or superintendent
• Must have physical strength, coordination, and endurance to perform the required functions.
• Willingness to take on new training to help obtain personal and company goals
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comply with and promote all safety policies and procedures, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure adherence to the Company's safety policy.
• Wear PPE at all times on the job site.

Schedule

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Weekends
