Essential Job Functions
  • Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform effective first‑time repairs.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project work.
Education, Experience, and Knowledge
  • High School Diploma required, trade school background preferred.
  • Experience with industrial electronics & controls.
Skills and Requirements
  • Strong electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools.
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
