Residential Installer - (Home Energy Retrofit/Insulation/Doors/Windows)
We are a growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Residential Installer with a background in the Home Comfort, Energy and Insulation field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home energy, insulation, windows, doors, and can work independently or lead a small crew. This is a full-time, year-round position for skilled individuals only.
What You'll Do:- Energy retrofit
- Air sealing
- Insulation (attic, basements, crawl spaces, walls, garage, ductwork, ice damming)
- Reduce moisture and mold
- Upgrade inefficient windows and exterior doors
- Finished carpentry / rough carpentry
- $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- Full-time, year-round work
- Consistent schedule
- Performance-based pay / bonuses
- Opportunity for advancement to crew lead

- Our home office is conveniently located in Windsor, CT
- 2+ years of residential installation experience required
- 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- You must have a valid drivers license
- You must have reliable transportation
- You must have basic tools
