POSITION SUMMARY

 The Material Handler II is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient
 movement, storage, and tracking of materials within a warehouse and production
 environment. This role supports daily manufacturing and supply chain operations
 by ensuring materials are received, organized, delivered, and inventoried in a
 timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MRP/ERP
 environment, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining inventory
 accuracy while supporting production schedules and shipping activities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Review production schedules, pull raw materials, and deliver materials to
    designated workstations.
  
* Verify incoming materials for quantity and quality requirements; perform
    receiving transactions in the ERP system and properly store inventory.
  
* Maintain accurate organization and storage of raw materials and inventory.
  
* Perform routine inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
    initiatives.
  
* Collaborate with Inventory Control and Production teams to ensure materials
    are available when needed.
  
* Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments.
  
* Transport materials and finished goods between departments using hand trucks,
    forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
  
* Maintain organized finished goods inventory and storage areas.
  
* Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move products and
    materials throughout the facility.
  
* Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  
* Support continuous improvement efforts related to warehouse organization and
    inventory management.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an MRP/ERP environment.
  
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping,
    receiving, and inventory control.
  
* Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling
    equipment.
  
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
* Ability to accurately complete inventory and system transactions.
  
* Basic computer proficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed).
  
* Experience using UPS and Fed Ex shipping software.
  
* Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.

* Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, lift, lower, push, and pull
    materials.

* Occasionally lift, move, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
  
* Must possess the visual abilities necessary to perform job duties, including
    close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
    perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  
* Vision correction is permitted when it meets all applicable safety
    requirements.
