• Run Trimble Total Station equipment to execute precise building and site layouts
• Create, update, and manage CAD and Trimble files based on real-world field conditions
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to keep projects aligned
• Provide hands‑on technical support that keeps projects moving efficiently
• Uphold top‑tier standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site

• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
• Proficiency operating Trimble Total Station equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Construction or surveying experience
