Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity Hospital-Employed | Established Practice | Midwest Community
A physician-led, financially sound health system is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established, hospital-employed orthopedic team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, access to advanced surgical technology, and long-term stability within a collegial, non-trauma practice environment.
Position Highlights Hospital-employed orthopedic group with experienced partners
Immediate demand due to growth and upcoming retirement
Block OR time with opportunity to expand
Advanced technology including Mako robotic system
Fully staffed ORs with in-house anesthesiology and pain management
Light call (1:4) - primarily phone-based
Non-trauma setting with regional transfer support
Compensation & Benefits $580,000 guaranteed base salary
Additional RVU-based earning potential
$90,000 sign-on / relocation / loan assistance package
Optional resident stipend
38 days PTO/CME annually
