OBGYN Opportunity in the Midwest

A financially stable, physician-led independent hospital in the Midwest is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join its established women's health team. This opportunity offers exceptional earning potential, strong clinical support, and the stability of practicing within an independent hospital system that prioritizes physician leadership and long-term sustainability. With strong patient volume, modern facilities, and a collaborative care team, this position provides a balanced OB/GYN practice and one of the most competitive compensation packages available in the region.

Practice Highlights     Hospital-employed OB/GYN group
Established team of four OB/GYN physicians, a certified nurse midwife, and advanced practice providers
Balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology
Modern clinic located directly on the hospital campus
More than 900 deliveries annually
Level II nursery with in-house anesthesiology support
Access to a Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery platform
Additional clinical support including in-house pain management and urogynecology services
Meditech EMR (physician-preferred over Epic)
1:5 call rotation with a reasonable call radius
High physician retention and a supportive, collegial culture
Compensation - Top of Market     $415,000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $495,000 total earning potential
$290,000 upfront signing bonus
RVU-based productivity incentives
Resident stipend available for eligible candidates
Time Off & Benefits     304 hours of combined PTO and CME annually (approximately 38 days)
$2,500 CME allowance
