We have a position for an experienced embedded software engineer to calibrate and validate genset features.

• Own and maintain functions in new programs, including calibration, validation, and release review. This could also include INSITE tool integrator support as needed.

• Test on open/closed loop bench, test cell, and remote monitoring of a test cell.
• Collaborate across functions; clear communication is essential.

• Electronics OR controls background
• Embedded C software development
• Matlab Simulink development and Simulink simulation
• Datalinks
• INSITE, CALTERM, CDM, Data Analysis, CAN tools, etc.
• Object-oriented design and real-time embedded software
• Critical thinking
• Good communicator – written and verbal
• Great collaborator

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines;
  Mechanical Engineering degree highly preferred, with 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Fundamental understanding of internal combustion engines
• Embedded C software experience is required
• MATLAB Simulink experience is desired
• Experience presenting technical content with external customers preferred
• PTC Integrity/Windchill RV&S experience is highly desired
