• Maintain and re‑engineer current assembly equipment programs during shift hours.
• Program assembly equipment to include 6‑axis robots, PLCs, cameras, scanners, automation, and AI.
• Reduce production equipment downtime through quick‑reaction programming interventions.
• Evaluate assembly line processes and improve cycle times.
• Design, engineer, and procure assembly equipment for future programs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics and Automation, Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of Siemens PLC programming.
• Experience troubleshooting, implementing, and launching projects.
• Experience reading electrical prints, ladder logic, and schematics (required).
• Hands‑on floor experience with manufacturing equipment (required).
• Experience with Yaskawa Motoman robotic programming and Keyence camera systems is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and team focus.
• Ability to work on productivity improvements to reduce production cycle times while maintaining machine capabilities.
• Experience writing and implementing work instructions, PFMEA, and all process documentation.
