Job Summary

Maintain material flow on the production floor by stocking all machines with boxes, tape, and bags. This will be conducted during the shift and prior to shift change, assisting in relieving for breaks and lunches. Maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper, placing skids on the wrapper, taking skids off, and pulling them to finished goods staging in the warehouse.

Perform random quality inspections on each line 2x per shift, documented on the IBM report. Assist with packing, online sorting, and handling product that had machine/product concerns, and product on hold sort.

• Stock all machines with boxes, tape, and bags during shift and before shift change.
• Assist relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Maintain product flow on the skid wrapper: place skids, remove skids, pull to finished goods staging.
• Conduct random quality inspections on each line twice per shift; document findings on the IBM report.
• Assist with packing as needed.
• Assist with online sorting and troubleshooting product issues.
• Assist with sorting products held for hold.
