Valeo Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Mandatory overtime will be required as needed to meet production demands.
• Perform precise assembly of lighting components following detailed work instructions. This includes operating on assembly line setups, conducting in-process quality inspections, & preparing finished products for packing.
• You will rotate through different positions on the line, requiring versatility and adaptability.
• Manufacturing Processes:
  Load, run, & unload production machines efficiently and safely.
• Conduct thorough inspections of parts to ensure they consistently meet Valeo's stringent assembly & quality standards.
• Molding & Finishing:
  Handle parts directly from presses, performing visual inspections, sorting, trimming excess material, & executing minor sub-assembly tasks.
• You will also be responsible for packing products & facilitating product moves within the molding area.
• Coating Department:
  Accurately load & unload components onto/from coating units. Conduct necessary quality inspections, sort parts, & prepare them for packing.

Qualifications:

• This is a role that requires full-time standing
• Regular lifting of up to 35 lbs.
• Repetitive use of hands and arms.
• Pushing & pulling motions.
• Bending & overhead work.
• Strong attention to detail & visual inspection skills are essential.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions & adhere to strict quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to rotating tasks & positions.
• Proficiency in English &/or Spanish is a must
