What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production by ensuring raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, documented, and shipped accurately while maintaining compliance with cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming raw materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling
  • Apply internal Codis control numbers to incoming materials
  • Maintain quarantine and released inventory status according to Quality procedures
  • Accurately document inventory transactions and material movements
  • Pull and stage raw materials for production according to manufacturing schedules
  • Store raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in designated warehouse locations
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and loading
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and customer requirements
  • Assist with export shipments and sample orders as needed
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse
  • Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams
  • Train and support new team members when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift
Preferred
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or forklift experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or another regulated manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer and inventory management system experience
  • Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records

Work Environment

This position is based in a clean, climate-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Daily work includes operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment while performing standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
