Guardian Bikes is building a vertically integrated, AI-driven manufacturing and commerce company. We design, manufacture, fulfill, and sell directly from our U.S. factory floor to the customer's door.

Guardian Bikes is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll keep materials moving efficiently throughout our facility — from raw materials and bike components to finished products ready for shipment. • Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to transport raw materials, bike components, finished products, and other goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Stage materials at production lines and move completed products to the appropriate warehouse or shipping areas.
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to accurately track inventory movement.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to keep materials flowing and production on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and material-handling guidelines.
• Jump in where needed to help the team meet daily production and shipping goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Valid forklift certification, or the ability to become certified.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and/or reach trucks preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe material-handling practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Basic computer, scanner, and inventory-tracking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safety protocols, GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulations.
