(4) 10s – 7a–5p (Tuesdays off) 30-min unpaid break (38 hrs guaranteed/week) Call required 8 hrs non-billable orientation (guaranteed hrs don’t apply during orientation) ASAP start Requirements: ✅ OR experience (General, GYN, ENT, Urology) ✅ AHA ACLS & BLS ✅ IN or Compact RN license ❓ 1099 status ❓ Time-off requests
