Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Seymour Crossing Weekend Option on Nights $29-$32/hr + shift differential (full time)

We are a leading provider of skilled nursing care and are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the residents and staff. • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
