Seymour, IN – Emergency Medicine Advanced Provider

This position seeks emergency department/urgent care center physician assistants and nurse practitioners to join our team at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana.

• Current national certification and DEA license required.
• Current Indiana state license preferred.

• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
• Approximately 30 staffed beds and a 16‑bed Emergency Department.
• Annual ED volume of 27,000 patients.
• Strong administrative support.
