Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with specific experience in Labor and Delivery. Applicants must have previous charge experience and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with providers. Charting proficiency is essential, with preferred experience in Meditech. Candidates must possess a state or compact nursing license and relevant certifications, including ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, BLS, NRP, and RNC-OB.

The role involves caring for neonate and adult patient populations in a fast-paced environment. Our staffing ratios follow standards for patient safety and quality care. The Registered Nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive support to patients and families. Flexibility to float to other units such as Med Surg, CCU, or ED may be required. Availability for holidays and weekend shifts is necessary.
