Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Deli/Bakery department;
Train and develop associates on performance of their job including inventory, CAO, Key Retailing and participate in the performance appraisal process;
Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume throughout hours of operation;
Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions and making suggestions about products;
Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers and monitor temperature logs
