Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Operations Coordinator!

• Invoice Preview Reports – Maintain billing accuracy by reviewing orders Managing Ops box requests regarding credits, debits, RGA’s, general order inquiries Supervise inventory accuracy through cycle counts, POU stocking, & daily receiving Ability to lead the team in Managers absence Motivates and leads by example for others to follow Handle daily operational tasks for branches

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Word, and Outlook
• 1-3 years’ experience handling inventory/operational tasks
• Experience in our industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Desire to learn new things

• Pay Range:
  
  - $15.00 - $30.15 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
