** Key Responsibilities
** The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and some commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition:
* Arrive at jobsites timely as scheduled when dispatched
* Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsites
* Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directed
* Ability to work staggered schedule if required
* Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
* Complete all service-related forms properly
* Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company for positive outcomes
* Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines
* Ability to provide commercial maintenance and demand service on basic commercial property
** Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
*** 5+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
* Familiarity with refrigeration systems
* Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required
