Our hourly pay is tailored to your experience and local market, and we’re happy to discuss this during your interview. You’ll receive weekly paychecks, giving you financial stability and peace of mind.

We offer three health insurance plans after 60 days of employment to choose from, including a low‑cost plan, an account/high deductible plan, and a PPO plan. We also provide supplemental insurances such as vision, dental, and additional life insurance options.

After 60 days of employment, you’ll receive 8 paid holidays and 2 personal days. Vacation days: first year = 3 days (prorated), second year = 10 days, 3+ years = you earn 1 extra day for each year (caps at 5 weeks).

As a technician, you’ll receive a $1 000 sign‑on bonus when you join our team. After 90 days, you’ll receive quarterly payments. Mechanics with fewer than a year of experience receive a bonus in the form of tool gift cards spread over one year. Those with more experience can choose direct deposit or tool gift cards.

Get a monthly technician bonus based on productivity with no cap on earnings. The bonus is determined by criteria such as productivity, monthly hours, and billing. For example, if you bill $1 500 over the goal with 168 hours in the month, you’ll earn $420 for that month.

We invest in technicians through a paid training program designed to guide them toward ASE Master certifications. The program takes about 2 years to complete and at the end you’ll have all needed OE and KNL certifications. It includes computer learning via our LMS, hands‑on training by regional trainers, monthly seminars, and testing.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years trailer repair experience required
• 4+ years diesel mechanic preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with diagnostic equipment
• Personal tools required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs
• Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
