Maintains, installs, and operates all equipment and systems related to building energy systems including boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and building creature comfort.;
Uses software to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance work and building management system.;
Reads and interprets mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic sketches, drawings, schematics, and blueprints.;
Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring; reassembles and tests equipment following repairs.;
Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
