- Good communication skills and team collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Lift 60+ lbs and perform daily activities like bending, reaching, and sitting
- Work safely outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
