Distribution Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.28 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Tuesday through Thursday from 04:30pm to 05:00am)

• Accurately receive, process, stock, & select merchandise for shipment using Laser Radio Terminal (LRT) & distribution computer systems.
• Load & unload trailers by hand, from floor to ceiling, & place/remove merchandise onto/from conveyors, racks, pallets, & into/out of boxes.
• Safely operate industrial lift trucks & other motorized & non-motorized equipment to unload trailers, transport, select, stock, & load merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming & outgoing merchandise, identifying & reporting manufacturers' defects & damage.
• Any other task as needed

Distribution Associate

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to frequently lift & carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively, & occasionally up to 75 pounds, from floor to overhead.
• Demonstrated experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners or similar inventory management devices (e.g., LRT).
• Experience with pick/pack processes & general merchandise handling.
• Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team.
• Must be able to continuously move throughout the facility & operate power equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures & noisy environments.
• Prior experience operating power equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or yard trucks. (Preferred not required)
• Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in either English or Spanish speaking, reading and writing.
