Accounting Clerk

Salary: $20.00 – $23.00/hour

• Process and maintain customer invoices accurately and timely
• Track and reconcile inventory records
• Enter and update accounting and inventory data in company systems
• Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with reporting and documentation related to invoicing and inventory
• Support daily accounting and administrative functions as needed

• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions
• Inventory tracking or inventory control experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
