Fueling Your PassionAs a Field Specialist, you will apply your understanding of technical concepts, methods, and procedures to perform routine yet moderately complex analyses. You will work closely with business units, customers, and internal teams to support operations, contribute to technical improvements, and build your expertise through guided learning and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Executing routine and moderately complex analyses using established methods, procedures, and technologies
- Applying technical knowledge to support field operations and product line activities
- Collaborating with business unit teams to achieve operational and project objectives
- Collecting, analyzing, and communicating technical data under guidance
- Supporting troubleshooting and resolution of routine technical issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of technical processes
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements
- Working effectively within a team setting while developing technical competency
- Have a technical diploma or a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
- Have a basic to intermediate understanding of technical systems, methods, and procedures
- Have the ability to perform structured analyses with attention to detail
- Have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Have effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Have the ability to work under guidance while building technical expertise
This is a field‑based role that may require flexible schedules aligned with operational and customer needs. Work locations and hours may vary depending on assignments.
