Intern, Business Systems Analyst (Summer Internship)

Full‑time – Compensation: USD 21 per hour.

• Business Analysis:
  Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; map current‑ and future‑state processes; participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings; create BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Oracle ERP Support:
  Support GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning; assist with ERP configuration reviews, system enhancements; troubleshoot functional issues.
• Finance Process Support:
  Analyse financial workflows (P2P, O2C, R2R, budgeting and forecasting); support financial reporting and data validation; aid month‑end and quarter‑end process improvement.
• Supply Chain & Operations Support:
  Evaluate inventory, procurement, logistics; analyse supply‑chain data; support demand planning, inventory optimisation, procurement automation; support Order Management and sales transaction flows.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Extract, validate, and analyse business data; create reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Excel, SQL‑based tools; develop KPIs.
• Testing & Documentation:
  Participate in UAT; prepare test cases and scripts; document system enhancements, processes, and training materials; support change management and end‑user training.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Understanding of accounting, finance, or supply‑chain concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Understanding of Agile or project management methodologies.

Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
